RACK ARM TYPE SOOT BLOWERS
- The construction and operations are similar to LRSB but non rotating type and only traversing movement with nozzle arm assembly.
- The application of Rack Arm type soot blower is mainly in Tubular Air heaters with suitable nozzle arm assembly covering the width of the AH and the travel covers the length of the Tubular Air heater.
- The no of nozzles is selected based on the no of tube pitches.
